Laboratory Monitoring

Prior to your initial consultation a preliminary lab panel will be drawn to obtain a baseline for treatment development. This panel will test a multitude of things, including but not limited to, testosterone levels, estrogen levels, electrolytes, blood counts, prostate screening, cholesterol screening, diabetes screening and numerous different hormone levels. All of this data will be evaluated and will be thoroughly reviewed with you at your initial in-person consultation. It is expected that if testosterone or growth hormone optimization is initiated, lab monitoring will be done every three months going forward. This is done in order to maintain your safety as well as to best tailor your specific plan according to what your body requires.


You will need to first book an appointment for the lab drawn in the office. At the time of the lab draw we will book your next appointment to go over your labs in entirety and further discuss your goals of care and treatment options..

In-Office Consult

Your first appointment with our medical provider will be done up to one week following your lab testing. This will be an in-person visit with a medical provider at which time your lab results will be explained at length, your medical history will be reviewed, your concerns will be discussed and a plan to address those concerns will be implemented. At the time of your visit you will be provided with a copy of your labs as well to keep for your records.

What happens next?

We will get your specialized treatment plan started at your initial consultation. If we initiate testosterone replacement or growth hormone optimization, this can be done either in-office weekly or you can choose to do it from the comfort of your own home. You will need to have lab monitoring done every 12 weeks, or sooner if necessary. For patient’s planning to do at-home replacement, medications will be either sent directly to your home or will be available for pick-up in the office.

Pricing

Preliminary visit: includes lab draw. This will include the cost of the lab draw in its entirety as well as the face to face visit $175

Initial in-office consultation: includes your first month of in office Testosterone injections and Vitamin B12 Injections $150

If you should qualify for testosterone replacement therapy and elect to proceed with this the cost is $150 per month thereafter.

The monthly fee includes unlimited visits and consultations, weekly testosterone injections, vitamin B12 injections (if desired), lab draws as well as Anastrozole, if deemed necessary. Anastrozole is a medication that is used to control estrogen levels if they increase, which will be evaluated 8-12 weeks after initiation of TRT with repeat lab monitoring.

Testosterone at Home

If you wish to self-administer testosterone in the home setting via injection the medication and supplies are included.


If you prefer to utilize compounded topical products, there will be an additional cost involved. This option is for those that do not want to inject themselves at home independently.

Growth Hormone Optimization

There are certain medications that prompt the body to secrete human growth hormone (HGH). These medications are administered each night and result in faster gym recovery times, faster injury recovery, increased muscle development, fat loss, improved skin quality and improved sleep. Generally these medications are taken in 3 month cycles. Sermorelin: This is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone Analog, which means it stimulates the production of HGH.
